We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Faulty/Damaged Goods (Consumers)
We put a great deal of time and effort into our inspection, packing, and delivery services, but in the unlikely event that any products arrive damaged in any way, please let us know immediately (within 48 hours). You have up to 30 days to return these goods, although in some circumstances it may be more convenient for things to be fixed at your premises, so please call us and we'll do our best to fix things in the fastest, most convenient way.
- Cancellation and returns

Cancellation of any order incurs time, cost and inconvenience to all parties, so please do take care when ordering any products from Direct UK Deals Ltd. We do make great efforts to provide you with all the information you need to be able to make an informed purchase of the most suitable product for your needs, but if you are in any doubt whatsoever about measurements, capabilities or suitability of products, please do contact us to clarify any questions you have.
If you are a consumer: - You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email us at sales@electricalwaterheaters.co.uk. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, but a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
- If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
- It is most important that before returning any goods you must contact us to obtain an Official Returns Number by emailing sales@electricalwaterheaters.co.uk: you will receive full instructions within 48 hours.
- You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. Of course, this cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
- Providing the goods are received in good (resaleable) condition and the appropriate timescales and procedures have been adhered to, you will be refunded in full, including any postage fees paid as part of your original order, but excluding any logistics costs (including delivery charges) we have incurred. Special orders and non-stock finishes can incur restocking and/or returns fees.
- If you are a business or have purchased on behalf of someone else or for resale:
- You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email us at sales@electricalwaterheaters.co.uk. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, but a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
- If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.

- You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. Of course, this cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
- A standard restocking and handling charge of 25% will be charged for all returned orders, and Direct UK Deals reserves the right to pass on additional restocking fees for any product lines ordered directly from a supplier and therefore not usually held in stock by Direct UK Deals Ltd.
- If returned products are not received in good (resale) condition, a fee will be charged to reflect the reduction in resale value. This value will be assessed entirely at the discretion of Direct UK Deals Ltd.
- Any delivery charges paid as part of the original order will not be refunded. Nor will any logistics costs we have incurred.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
